VR StorefrontUI/UX Redesign
Originally made for the Virtual Odyssey Festival, I designed a user interface that reimagines the VR game-buying experience. The goal was to make game discovery more immersive and social by introducing multiplayer functionality and integrating 360° screenshots of featured games. This allowed users to explore titles as a group, in a shared space, enhancing engagement and replicating the feel of a real-world expo floor.
The VR store UI was initially designed as a wireframe in Gravity Sketch, enabling rapid prototyping and iteration within a fully spatial XR design environment. This early phase focused on validating layout, interaction flow, and spatial hierarchy, ensuring usability and clarity before committing to development.
After validating the core experience, a functional prototype was implemented in Banter to support real-time testing and live user interaction. The design was iteratively refined both visually and functionally, improving usability, strengthening visual cohesion, and optimizing the experience across immersive VR and flat-screen contexts.
